RPO Public Participation Plan

The Southern Alleghenies Rural Planning Organization’s (RPO) Public Participation Plan (PPP) outlines a series of standard procedures for informing the public and involving them in the transportation planning process. The PPP serves as a guide to outline public participation activities for transportation-related public meetings, the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).

The current PPP was adopted by the Southern Alleghenies RPO on August 10, 2011, and was revised on March 2, 2016. The Plan will be updated in the February of 2018.
